Dato’ Lau Kim San is the Managing Director of Skywiz Group, a leader in Melaka’s real estate market. With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience across property development, manufacturing, tourism, and construction sectors, he also leads several major companies including Master Tec Wire & Cable, E-Control Technology, and Ever Care Air Conditioner. His leadership philosophy emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.
MR. CHONG KAH KHEN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr. Chong Kah Khen is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience and a law degree from the University of Leeds, UK. He has played a key role in project development at Faithview Group since 2009 and is actively involved in cooperative movements and community initiatives in Melaka, especially supporting government servants and NGOs.
