Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Responsibility:
- To process for the monthly payroll for employees.
- Maintain and update the employee’s personal details and information
- To handle the monthly and yearly statutory submission to the relevant authorities and liaise with them when requested or needed
- To handle the routine HR functions, documents and related correspondences and others HR related duties
- To update annual leave, medical leave, emergency leave and other leave in the HRM Systems.
- To check and maintain the record for employee’s medical claim.
- To handle the Human Resources Policies and to ensure that the policies and procedures are adhered to by employees in line with the relevant legislation.
- Manage annual performance appraisal and company KPI appraisal programs
- Posting of job ads and managing the hiring process via sourcing and screening the candidate.
- Arrange for interview, conduct the interview and do background check of the shortlisted candidates.
- To handle the office administration functions.
- Other jobs as require from time to time.
Job Responsibility:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree at any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resource Manager position.
- Good personality & independent.
- Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
Marketing Executive
Job Responsibility:
- To conceptualize, execute and manage innovative marketing activities (offline and online)
- Create and develop attractive social media and communication content (digital and tangible) to highlight key product features, benefits and marketing messages.
- Develop and execute content delivery strategies, including face-to-face communication and digital, sponsored advertising.
- Source for relevant event and brand collaboration opportunities with relevant third-party companies, organizations or brands.
- Liaise with third-party companies and organizations to plan and execute marketing events or brand collaborations.
- Create and manage content to shout-out pre-and post-event

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position
- Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver result
- Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical and able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task

Marketing Manager
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct comprehensive competitors’ study for all projects before official launch and give briefing and presentation on the finding to the management.
- Conduct market research and compiling database on property sector, demographic, economic & other related property news.
- Conduct feasibility studies and competitor’s analysis prior to sales launch.
- Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.
- Planning & implementation of marketing strategy, program and activities prior to official launch.
- Planning and execution of advertising & promotional campaign.
- Liaise with panel bankers on the end-financing packages.
- Dealing with Ministry of Housing (KPKT) and the application of Developer License and Advertising Permit.
- Spearhead all the corporate branding exercise.
- Plan on the marketing budgets and propose to management.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibility:
- To check consultant drawings, to taking off or check quantities in pre-contract and post contract for sub-contractor and suppliers.
- To prepare Bill of Quantities and budget.
- To obtain quotations and prices from sub-contractors and supplies.
- To arrange tender exercise, comparison and update award list.
- To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- To negotiate with sub-contractors on proposed quotations to secure the best price.
- To evaluate and prepare sub-contractor Interim Payment Certificate and Variation Order.
- To prepare and settlement of Final Account for the sub-contractors.
- To plan, manage and co-ordinate project related contractual matters, including suppliers claims.
- To prepare and Issuance of Letter of Award/contractual letters/notices/memo to sub-contractors and suppliers.
- To coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claim such as variation orders, extension of time, loss expenses, etc
- To attend site valuation, joint site measurement, site meeting or Consultant meeting.
- To prepare cost analysis and proposal/alternative design.
- Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
- Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field Main-Contractor Cum Developer.
- Well-versed on up-to-date material costing.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin as there are the main languages used in the site.
- Computer or software skills in Microsoft Office application, Autocad, Revit and Glodon.
- Possess strong contractual knowledge, positive thinking, negotiable and leadership skills.
- Analytical and objective driven personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
Senior Sales Executive
Job Responsibility:
- To attend to sales enquiry professionally (Phone or walk in customer).
- To actively seek for potential customer.
- To arrange and accompany customer for viewing.
- To be responsible for the sale up to post sales stage -signing of SPA, collection of differential payment.
- Participate sales launches, road shows and promotional events.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active & able to work independently.
