Accounts Executive

Job Responsibility:

  • Overall responsible for the accounting functions for the companies assigned.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of Account and Administration.
  • To review invoices, payment vouchers, journal vouchers, debit notes and credit notes, and code them accordingly before recording into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and handle full sets of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and Company Policies.
  • Provide accounting support in particular to prepare and finalize the cost summary of company’s event on project basis.
  • Generation of financial statements and prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis report and to report on discrepancies or abnormal transactions.
  • Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Management Reports, Budget, Forecast, Business Plan and Ah-Hoc Reporting on time.
  • Monitors the financial status of the company with regards Cash Flow, Debtor Days, Outstanding Balance and Short Term Finance.
  • Liaise with all Professional and Governmental bodies which include but not limited to Tax Agents, Auditors, Bankers, Company Secretary and other statutory bodies.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments according to business needs.

Authority:

  • To release payments to respective vendors and related parties after proper validation and approval.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, in finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or Equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the Property Development Industry is required for this position.
  • Motivated, Self-Starter and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Hardworking, Analytical, Attentive to Details, Willing to Learn, Initiative and with the passion for continuous improvement.
  • Industry knowledge in Property Development and Property Management.
  • Possess knowledge of PROPERTY DEVELOPER SYSTEM.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibility:

  • To develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies aimed at raising the brand profile and reputation.
  • To organize and attend to events and market launches.
  • Develop creative social media content plans according to our events and shows need.
  • Organise attractive content on all social media platforms, providing directions on social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Grows and expands social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insight to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Provide recommendation and strategy for online and offline marketing for optimal results.
  • Manage and drive online and offline marketing campaign from end-to-end.
  • Possesses digital marketing knowledge.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or relevant field.
  • A strong track record of 5 years of working experience in marketing with a mix of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and product management.
  • With at least 1 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or equivalent.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • To liaison with relevant authorities, consultants and contractors to ensure smooth progress of the projects
  • To lead/ monitor the overall planning and execution of Project Management which include co-ordination, scheduling, conceptual design, quality control, appointment of consultants, selection of contractors, safety requirements and progress which also include handing over and post-sale of the project.
  • To assist QS in tendering and award of contract
  • To lead & coordinate with the project team on activities concerned with project progress, regulations compliances and quality management compliances
  • To ensure all resources are managed productively and efficiently within the budget
  • Any other duties that might be assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a   Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the current position & the related field.
  • Preferably specialized in Property Development or equivalent.
  • Able to coordinate between Architect, Consultants, contractors, local authorities for the smooth execution of the project
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active, able to work independently and positive thinking Proficient in written & spoken in English
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office and Auto cad software
  • Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be advantage)

Job Responsibility:

  • To attend to sales enquiry professionally. (Phone or walk in customer)
  • To actively seek for potential customer via direct sales and marketing.
  • Deal with external agents to bring in potential business.
  • To arrange and accompany customer for site viewing.
  • To be responsible for the sale up to post sales stage -signing of SPA, collection of differential payment.
  • Participate & organize sales launches, road shows and promotional events.
  • To assist superior to perform marketing research and market analysis.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from superior.

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma holder in any fields.
  • Candidates with media background are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with minimum 1-year sales & marketing experience in property industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (Training will be provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, pro-active & able to work independently. 
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to work outstation & overseas when required.
  • Willing to be on duty on weekends and public holiday.
